1. Service Description

Markr Revision Technologies ("Markr", "we", "us") provides a premium digital workspace designed for GCSE Maths revision. Our service includes access to an archive of past examination papers from Pearson Edexcel, AQA, OCR, and WJEC, alongside proprietary side-by-side diagnostic marking criteria and performance tracking tools.

2. Eligibility & Access

Users must be at least 12 years of age to create an account. Users under the age of 13 must use the platform under the observation and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Markr reserves the right to verify age and terminate accounts that do not comply with these requirements.

3. Subscription & Billing

Markr operates on a subscription-only model. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• Cancellations can be made at any time; access to premium features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
• Annual plans are eligible for a full refund within a 14-day window of the initial purchase. No refunds will be provided after this period.

4. Acceptable Use

The service is provided strictly for individual, personal revision purposes. You agree not to:

• Redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit any content provided by Markr.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the examination database.
• Share account credentials with third parties.

5. Intellectual Property

Individual examination papers are the property and copyright of their respective regulatory boards (Pearson Edexcel, AQA, OCR, WJEC). Markr's unique diagnostic interface, step-by-step breakdowns, and performance analytics systems are the proprietary intellectual property of Markr Revision Technologies.

6. Termination

Markr reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform without notice if we believe you are in breach of these terms, specifically regarding unauthorised redistribution of content or account sharing.
